How does workspace-based pricing work?

You pay once per workspace, not per seat. Every plan includes a fixed number of team members; Pro and above let you add extra seats beyond the included count instead of forcing a plan jump.

Which plan includes the browser extension?

Accepted Answer

Starter and above. Free is web-only; upgrading to Starter (or higher) unlocks the extension along with more capacity.

What happens when I hit a plan limit?

Accepted Answer

You'll see a prompt to upgrade before adding anything new (a client, project, member, secret or environment). On Pro, reaching the member limit lets you add extra seats instead of changing plans. Nothing you've already created is affected.

Which features depend on my plan?

Accepted Answer

Plans differ in capacity (clients, projects, members, credentials and environments), the browser extension (Starter and above) and activity export - every plan keeps the last 7 days of activity, and paid plans can export it to CSV. Everything else, including reports, password health, roles, per-project access and vault sharing, is on every plan.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send an upgrade request from your workspace. Once our team approves it, your workspace moves to the new plan's limits and features, and we email you. You can also ask for your own custom limits.

Is my vault data actually encrypted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your data is encrypted on its way to us and again while it's stored. Passwords stay hidden until you choose to reveal them, and the password-health check never displays or sends your actual passwords.

Do you offer annual billing?

Enterprise runs on annual contracts. Annual billing for Pro is on the roadmap.
